What about the part where he resisted arrest, tried to run a police blockade, and ran over (or almost ran over--hard to tell from the video) an officer? What about the part where he had already said he would rather die to go to jail and that he would fire on any cop that tried to arrest him? What about the part that he had been involved in a month-long armed occupation of federal property.
Really, the person not willing to examine all the facts here is you.
