We use aluminum foil. Use the heavy duty. Wad it up in a ball and rub on the grates. Works great and you don't have to clean a brush

They have a music studio and have live shows on the weekends. We have seen Terri Hendrix, Ray Wiley Hubbard, Willie Nelson Bruce Robison and others
Unfortunetley we live in Michigan so we don't get to seem them any much more
Spent lots of weekends there and enjoyed the Texas Music at the Third Coast Music
