I went out with my 100/400 lens to try and get some action shots with the lambs. They were not very active and the village behind me looked interesting so I took a couple of shots. I was quite please how it came out but could have done with more forground but I had to crop just above a hedge. I went back the next night and tried from a different spot with much better results, What do you think ?

Ha Ha, join the club. I dont have a very good success rate with BIF. They are usually to fast, take me by supprise or I have the wrong settings. These shots were from a couple of visits. I took nearly 200 shots and after editing I have 15 or so that I am reasonably happy with.Previously to that I had 5 or 6 visits and binned every shot that I had taken. Looking through your posts, you have some smashing shots of BIF so

One short-eared and a few Barn owls. Managing to catch them for the last hour or so before the light goes in the evenings
