I have both and prefer the 6D because it is lighter with newer technology. Beautiful in low light.

It is a lovely portrait and lovely grand child!

More space around her face would be more appealing and more space on one side or the other, in other words, not quite centered would be more pleasing. Also, the hand under the chin in most cases is discouraged because it becomes the focal point.

I'm a little confused. Is the Snapseed HDR used on the phone?

Tell us which are Snapseed/phone.

I think I posted before you were done!!! Sorry.

The Snapseed definitely looks better.

I do not think the wireless has any major advantage. I am using mine (has wireless) in a wired mode.
I have a lot to learn, but the tablet is very useful, not just for PS. Good for internet browsing as well.

I did not like wireless either.

On a PC, your "mouse" settings affects the pen movements. Hit START-CONTROL PANEL-DEVICES AND PRINTERS-MOUSE and try altering the speed of the mouse.

That may help!

After several hours of practice with a Wacom Tablet I cannot seem to get the curser to move smoothly and precisely enough when editing in Photoshop. Am I doing something wrong? Have I set up my Wacom tablet correctly? Or is it that I’m just ham fisted when it comes to using the pen?

For 15 years I have used a mouse to carry out fine and accurate work in Photoshop and although I was satisfied with the results obtained, recent posts persuaded me to look more closely into using a Wacom Tablet. Nearly all the You Tube videos I looked at made the point that the tablet would be faster and more accurate to use than a mouse. Aaron Nace even said, “If I didn’t have a Wacom tablet I don’t think I would do Photoshop anymore”

Although it’s a long time ago I don’t seem to remember having the same difficulties when starting out with a mouse that I’m having now with the tablet, but perhaps it will take another 15 years to get the hang of the tablet.

I have a Small Intuos Pro, set up to use about a quarter of the Tablet Area as suggested in some of the videos.

Any help would be appreciated from members who have overcome (never had) or given up on the same problem.

Are you using it wireless or plugged into your computer? I believe I have the same model you do and tried to use it wireless and it just didn't work right, but I can't remember what the problem was.

Nope didn't crop it but I have to admit I did realize that I had posted the wrong photo and exchanged it for one with some errant branches removed, nothing else different.

Interesting!!! I remember more white space !! ;) It looks great to me now. Funny how I saw too much white space initially and now it seems fine. Hmmmmm, don't know why this happened to me!

Thank you Wendy. You don't think it will look odd with the trees nipped?

I thought about the 15% when I agreed and thought, maybe that is too much. Don't nip the trees, just take off at little at a time. Not sure just how much. All the white space is distracting.

I just noticed that you did crop it already. Maybe a little too much! Add a little tiny bit, because the tallest tree looks a little 'cramped'.

Although it's good as it is, crop about 15% off the top, and you have a real winner.

I agree.

Consider the Canon 6D. It is entry level professional, but I use it as my lens in real estate photography, even though I have another professional lens. I really like the 6D.

Buying a used or refurbished camera is an excellent choice, as long as you buy from a reputable business or person.

http://www.Adorama.com, http://www.KEH.com and http://bhphotovideo.com are all excellent sources and they all have used equipment departments.

You can learn a lot on this forum and I hope you enjoy it. Have fun above all else!!
