It was made in England in the 1800s. Thats all they knew about it. I can't make out the label, the photo of the label is as clear as it is. The handle still cranks. You can look in the side opening and watch the moving sharpening parts as it's being cranked. It sharpened several knives at once.
Anyone out there familiar with the product or manufacture. We'd like to know more about its history.

Be careful, If it's really made in England it will probably leak oil.....
