If its to be available to public where you may sell many copies of the same print, I wouldn't try to figure in any kind of expenses that it cost you to take the picture...just sell more prints to recover those expenses.
I get orders for canvas prints and I like to use cgproprints...my price list is 2.5 times my print cost...that will include shipping to the lower 48.
