We have a very active local theatre in the oldest atmospheric theatre in Canada. It's not a large place, but it does put on a lot of shows. Even Trinity College's drama group puts on shows during the summer. It also has music shows and films when the live shows aren't available.

Local theatre company are putting g on Calendar Girls and the local WIs are running a summer fayre in the theatre foyer. Our group are making sunflower brooches and I've been invited to attend rehearsals to give WI advise. I shall not be getting my kit off! Xx

Good evening from a mild ish Surrey. Woke up to a thick mist, but it cleared and the sun came out. As Sussn said I've been to the hairdressers today and got my purple fringe back. Then a quick dash to the supermarket before my friends came to craft for the afternoon.
Lots of other things going on here that are keeping me busy. Still keeping up with swimming.

Just back from a weekend in the wilds of Dorset with my friends. There were 15 of us. Lots to eat and drink, great crafting and loads of laughs.

Good morning from a sunny and very frosty Surrey. Had another busy week, but wouldn't have it any other way. 50 of us were out for a group lunch in the week, lovely food and we gad a silky quiz which my friend and I won. I have a head full of useless information! Increased my swimming to 1000 metres a session which I can do comfortably and without pain. Got about 4 patchwork projects on the go now, but they are all coming along nicely.
Trish lovely to hear from you, we have some bulbs pushing up now but not much sign of Snowdrops, but in 2 weeks I'm off to Dorset with my crafty friends and there the whole village is surrounded by Snowdrops. I still have my dad's old records dating back to the 1920s and play them occasionally.
Healing hugs to all my poorly sisters, home spring brings some improvements.

Good evening from a blustery Surrey. Had a more normal week, lovely to be back in a routine. 3 swims this week and loads of crafts. Had a physio check up on Thursday, going to have more physio, but not to do too much walking.
Going to quilt fair on Sunday, but will be taking my stick and there are plenty of places to sit and rest. And my friends will look after me.
