Just bought a new sigma 70 macro art
had to check a box on the final amazon page to have it packed in separate shipping box
seems to be a new thing for them to save on packaging

Been watching this site for a while but just registered so I guess I qualify a new.
Lots of great info here so thank you.
I'm in Southwest Florida and venturing down the photography road for just over a year now.
Anyway.... I have looked all over trying to identify this critter and nothing really matches up.
This shot was taken late yesterday after dark, so please forgive the noise, she has a chick just out of the nest. Several of them on the ponds in my neighborhood.
I have never seen one fly and they have huge feet.
Been watching this site for a while but just registered so I guess I qualify a new.
