Canon will have to sue Get It Digital where it is. Some place in USA, some place in some other country. The laws of that place are the only laws that matter. But is Canon suing eBay and can eBay even be held responsible. Doesn't eBay have a page on its policies that each seller has to agree to before hand. From my reading it seems the issue is more criminal than civil.

The 2015 Fall migration from Canada south is about over. The bulk of sightings yesterday were Bald Eagles, usualky the last to migrate. Hawks Ridge has its own web page and there all kinds of visiting advice can be found, especially explicit directions to the best sighting places. The ridge is just up the hill from Duluth main, so it attacts many photographers and others. The season gnerally starts around September but things are sensitive to weather and food supply up north. Daily weather especially winds conditions affect flyby and all this is explained on the web page. Duluth is just 2+ hours from Minneapolis and goid eats are ti be found along the way. Hope to be around for the 2016 flyby.

Thank you John! You understand the problem! I like UPMC and have been treated there for other problems. The doctor who screwed up my nail did operate out of UPMC in Little Washington. He and some other doctors got together and decided that UPMC was taking to much of their profit and opened up their own surgical center. That is where the surgery that did not address the underlying problem was done. I'll google "America's Bitter Pill". You seem to know what you are talking about......You seem to imply that Pa is a bad place to have surgery because of the laws. Perhaps I should cross the boarder and go to Ohio or West VA. I live in a corner of PA that is close to both.

Oh, I am sorry that what I wrote came across as implying Pa is a poor health care State. Didn't mean that. When I worked at Westinhouse Bettis Lab years ago I lived in Lebanon Hills.

It depends on how many computers you have CS6. The installer DVD does not know, so the panel for activation will come up. Adobe databases know that info, so if the limit exists the new installation will be rejected. If you do wish to de-install CS6 make sure you deactivate with Adobe first. On the other hand CS6 isn't a memory buster and there may be times its being there as a fall back will come in handy.

Steven Brill in "America's Bitter Pill" devotes several pages to Pittsburgh health care. Do you have alternatives to UPMC and Highmark - you might find competence there. I gather neither doctor addressed the root cause and both imply malpractice, but in Pennsylvania you are out of luck with that.

To me the background is suitably bokeh and a part of reality. Of course, stripping it all out is what you would to for a flower catalog.

Back in my early keyboard days, we turned it upside down and tapped the table with it. Wouldn't believe thr junk that fell out. After that, a thorough squirting with compressed are got more junk out. That usually breathed new life into a balky keyboard. Up in the Settings app isn't there a keyboard icon for doing stuff.

Gemstones have always been valued. This one is of exceptional purity per the report. Of course, only the wealthy can afford them. As a much lesser light I'll not be whining over this diamond.

Sorry wrong arch the one in Marseille is the Porte d'Aix;

Porte d'Aix (also known as the Porte Royale) is a triumphal arch in Marseille, in the south of France, marking the old entry point to the city on the road from Aix-en-Provence.[1] The classical design by Michel-Robert Penchaud was inspired by the triumphal arches of the Roman Empire. The Porte dÂ’Aix was initially conceived in 1784 to honour Louis XIV and to commemorate the Peace of Paris (1783) that ended the American war of independence. Following the restoration of the Bourbon monarchy in 1814-15, the project was resumed in 1823, now to commemorate French victories in the Spanish Expedition, notably at the Battle of Trocadero, August 31, 1823. It was eventually completed in 1839, with a more general theme of victory.[2]
