I am trying to get the sharpness that I see in pictures on here. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or just not enough practice. I am using a Nikon D3100 with a Sigma 150-500. The sky was gray most of the morning so light was a problem. I push the ISO and shoot in aperture mode to get the most light and fastest shutter speed.

Thank you for all the kind words. It is my intention to get better at photography. I am only one year into digital so I am learning. My girlfriend and I love to birdwatch and take photos.

This is my first post here so please be gentle. 8-) Shot this at the Vic Fazio Wildlife area. I am using a Nikon D3100 with a Sigma 150-500. Watched him make a catch, eat and then fly off.
