Might want to take a look at the NEW Sigma 16mm F1.4 DC DN, Contemporary, don't know the price yet but preliminary reviews are great...no doubt it most likely be not that 'reasonably priced.' Samyang/Rokinon make excellent quality WA lenses with great IQ that are reasonably priced

rehess, well said!

WWAD shirt or hat? And exactly what is that supposed to indicate to others, you like AA, you like name dropping or its makes you look professional? I wear a Toyota, a Veterans or Harley shirt usually because its the first one I grab on the way out.

eBay, lenses sold all the time and you can get a general idea of what your lens is going for

Take them out to charge, otherwise they're always in the camera

Thanks imagemeister....I'm leaning toward at the fixed w/a in Samyang (Rokinon) Sony A, and you're right, bargains are hard to find. However the Sony SEL 10-18OSS is supposed to be a fantastic lens but again, no bargains there either.

Worth a lot, thanks Desertgecko....Looking at the 14mm Samyang for the A77. A complete manual lens but that doesn't appear to be a problem since I enjoy using manual and this would give me 2mm more plus using it with an adapter for the A6300. However I'm also looking at the Sony FE 1018 and using it strictly on the 6300 but do love Samyang (Rokinon) lenses btw, couldn't the Coma issue be resolved in post processing?...thanks again

Thanks, Love to have the 10-18 Sony, but they're proud of it and if I see one for $500, I'll buy it....don't think it will work on the 77 though, don't know of an E to A mount

Thanks, appreciate the comments...notice the bands on their feet, Serious birders can tell you what each one means; date of birth, where banded, etc.

Thanks, exactly what I do, when I go by car, I load up...to Europe I take the 6300 and a zoom...since the widest my current zoom is 16mm I was looking to purchase something wider in the 10-12mm range for churches, cathedrals and other indoor photos
