We are watching old westerns also! We love Monument Valley—been there three times and never tire of it! Btw, have you taking the 6 hour valley tour? We highly recommend it. The Indian tour guide was very informative and made sure we saw all the landmarks up close and personal. Loved the pictographs! An unforgettable trip!!

One problem was I couldn’t remove the white spot in her right eye without distorting the picture. Comments please

She doesn’t like her photo taken so I have to sneak one when I can. I like this one a lot.

Well, when we had an outhouse I remember the Sears-Roebuck catalog worked well.

Also, had the local newspaper and Monkey Ward. And of course, as a last resort, sweet gum tree leaves or fig tree leaves. We are so spoiled nowadays! Lol

Thanks very much! Appreciate your comments! We are truly blessed to have her in our lives! I only have an iPhone 7+ now but happy with that. Being retired with a fixed income, I can’t afford a digital camera but am having fun with my iPhone, applying things I’ve learned by trial and error and from tips received. Love Ugly Hedgehog’s “photologists”’ and the wonderful pics! This is a beautiful world and we all are blessed in capturing this beauty that can be shared with others, stimulating their interest and desire to experience the same. In a sense, we are actual historians! Blessings to Everyone and thank you!

One little nitpick is the bright white spot just below her eye in image #1

Thank you for the catch! I’ve fixed it using Snapseed!

Beautifully done. You've caught the innocence of a five year old. The lighting on all of them is outstanding. The third one is a little blown out but still I like the effect. I like #1 the most.
I wonder what the ones in color are like??
Great shots of a shy little girl. They belong on your wall, in your wallet, on your car visor, your bathroom mirror and any other place that's flat.

Thanks, I appreciate the comments! I’ll have to dig up the color ones.

I enjoy making pics in B&W. Here’s a couple of my 5 yo granddaughter. I have to sneak around to make the pic because she doesn’t like me taking shots of her so most pics are profiled. I used an iPhone 7+ bc I don’t have a digital camera. I use Snapseed and PS Express apps to convert color pics into B&W and edit to my liking. Comments appreciated!
