I took this shot overlooking downtown Boise, Idaho on New Year's Eve, 2017.
For those interested, I used my Nikon D750 and a Tamron 15-30 f/2.8 lens (at 29mm). The exposure was 20 seconds at f/11.

You did very well on both the B&W and color photos. I'm sure there were many captures from attendees smartphone/iPhones as well. The Bride is beautiful too. The digital age has changed our world.
Thanks. I shot these in 2007 on my old Nikon D50. That was a lot of megapixels ago. :-)
Here's a shot that I grabbed at a friend's wedding. I wasn't the official photog, but I brought my camera. ;-)

A Vizsla, of course. They are fun, wicked smart, and loving beyond measure.

Very nice.
You've sold me, I'd like to visit the falls this spring. How is the snowpack this year and when does runoff generally begin?
Thanks
Unfortunately we're WAY below normal.

Very nice shot indeed, hope you didn't have to wait for that rainbow.
Nope, if there's pretty much any sun there's a rainbow.
OK, I'll throw my hat in the ring. These are from the side of a 1950's train boxcar.
Last summer we stopped to see the Shoshone on the way back from dropping our eldest daughter off at Idaho State University. This pic, even at a wide angle, can barely capture the beauty of these falls. If you ever find yourself on the freeway near Twin Falls, take the very short diversion. We had an epic snowfall last winter so the falls were in very rare form.
These falls are taller than Niagara. To get a better perspective, look for the house above and to the right of the main falls. Oh, and that "small" building to the left of the falls is a hydroelectric powerhouse.
For those interested, I shot this with a Tamron 15-30 f/2.8 on my Nikon D750.
