Free Stuff. More Downsizing. If anyone is interested in obtaining any of these items for the cost of shipping them to you please PM me. If no response in about a week they will see the recycle bins. I would expect that book rate on these would be in the neighborhood of $5.00
I remember, as a young boy, my grandfather bring home the first oleo we had ever seen. He had bought it at the local store, it was kept in the "butcher" refrigerator and put in one of those paper trays like they put hamburger in and a packet of the coloring ('cuz it was pure white). I also remember the store had to display a license to sell oleo on the refrigerator case. Years later, at a auction, I ended up with one of these licenses in a box of crap I had bid on. This was in Traverse City, Michigan, probably mid 50s. I don't know if the license was a State or Federal requirement. Seems to the name went from oleo, to oleo margarine, margarine, to more expensive than butter.
Sandra rescanned. these were all just experiments....
I don't remember. years ago I post processed and cropped the photo then printed it on non- photo art paper. We are cleaning out files so we can move in with my daughter later this year and I ran across several prints similarly processed and I thought I'd see what results would be if I scanned the print... and here we are.
