No complaint, here! I have three Pentax SLRs, and got the K10D so I could use the same lenses. Love Pentax! For what it's worth, my wife loves her Canons (SLR & DSLR), so I'm not an "exclusivist", just a realist! I couldn't afford another setup! Lenses, I can afford!
I was given a Sears KS, by an older friend, because it uses the same Pentax K-mount lenses, so I actually have three, two K1000, and the Sears KS. Excellent cameras. So is the K10D, which I bought because, no film to process! I'm just an amateur's amateur!

You're not alone, it just feels like it! I have been a Pentax user since film, and have three K1000s, and three or four lenses. Went to a K10D as my first DSLR, so that I could still use the K lenses. All of my Pentax gear is great. Still have a BOAT LOAD to learn!
If you're a fisherman, my Dad kept a 5-gallon tub in the garden, into which he put the leftover coffee grounds. Red worms love them, so he had a captive, permanent supply of bait!
My wife loves her French press, but she only makes one cup at a time. I drink FAR too much coffee to waste that much time! My normal "cup" is a 22 oz thermal mug, that I'll fell at least once, sometimes twice or thrice, more in the fall and winter! The French press does make good coffee, but requires more fussing before, and cleaning after, making it!

I have a pitty-cross, and my daughter and boyfriend have one, too! Love pit-bulls! Mine is a "rescue", as are all of my four dogs! That's a beautiful "portrait"! The others are great-looking dogs, too! Didn't mean to single one out, but I'm a "dog-person", and the "upside-down" pose is SO typical...

Well, unlike you, and many others, apparently, when I find an OS and a piece of software that works as advertised, and does what I want, I do NOT want it "upgraded", which usually occasions things ceasing to function correctly! If it WORKS, DON'T FIX IT! For years, I used Microsoft XP, and liked it, but many (MOST) of the software I used with it no longer works, and I had to move up to WIN 7. Now they're attempting to do that with 7, so I'm moving to Linux! Enough is enough! Bill Gates is rich enough! No more from me!
All of my four dogs are "foundlings", picked up off the streets. This fellow looks quite the same condition, and might turn out to be a great friend! Feed him, have a vet check him out, and he has every chance of being a wonderful dog! Give him a chance!

I agree with you 100%! I refuse to get one, although I do use a cell phone. It's just a decidedly "dumb" one!
