It has been a while since I have posted. My wife and I took a trip to the Island to help a friend get ready for the summer rental season.
The weather was not great, in fact we had to spend an extra day on the island because the winds so so bad the ferries we not running.
But, as they say you can find beauty if you look for it.
Most these shots were taken with my D810 and the 24-70 f2.8. But a couple were taken with my new Samsung S22ultra...
The first two and the last one were taken with the smart phone The two on the main st were also taken with the samsung. I am impressed with the quality...

I hope you al like them...

Bob

Looks a lot like my old 59 Pan. However, I did not have the lovely lady to pose for it... I had other pans which are now long gone ... Great photograph...

How old is the film? Was it kept in a cool place?

Expiration dates are 2000 & 2001
They were in a lead bag used for travel.

"Thanks for the memories..." My days at Dartmouth, '59-'61, included some time at Squam Lake. Nothing quite like it around Dallas, Texas.

I was in Dallas last week. My flight got cancelled and had to stay overnight. I had spent a week with my daughter in SW Texas and New Mexico She live on the border in Alpine.

If you came to Squam lake today you would recognize it as it has not changed much over the years. The property owners around the lake keep building down to a minimum, plus they are required to use colors that blend with the area. Lot more boats than when you were here.
