Cool, really excellent shots
Thanks Blaster, was actually looking for some nice bald eagle pics, but these showed up instead. No eagles.
A recent ride on the Pine Creek bike trail left us with an incessant ringing of toads screaming in our ears. Upon arrival at our cabin I found these guys screaming along the edge of the creek. At first I could not locate them because the sound seems to come from all over but further searching found these guys in a shouting match along the water's edge. They are not equipped for serious swimming and the gkids quickly captured them readily. Each had a unique color and facial expression. We got a good laugh out of these toads, though it was a very serious event for them. Enjoy them toadally.

the tulips are so beautiful...nice set of interesting shots, boehdick.
Thanks merrytexan, the variety of tulips and fragrance of hyacinths I had never witnessed before. It's a part of the world well-worth visiting.

Beautiful photos, especially the windmill. And aren't you the lucky one.....Holland in the spring!
Wish I could say I planned it this way, but being our 35th anniversary, I reminded my wife it was a good thing to get married this time of year. Had we not done so, I'm not sure we would have made the trip. Keukenhof, where I shot the flowers is a picture of heaven. The overloading of the senses draws thousands of people from all over the world. Get there early if you want to avoid the crowds as the tour buses invade late morning. I'm not sure there is anything like it anywhere else in the world but I could be wrong. The reconstruction of a windmill powered sawmill was fascinating as well and well worth seeing. Thanks for looking and hope you get there also.

Nice. I really like the first one.
Thanks, I needed more time. How do you make a photograph reflect the middle ages when there were no cameras around? Not an easy task.
