Please allow me to add one thing to this question. Is it possible in LR to add the signature just below the right corner of the image? Not on the image, but just below it. Thanks to the rest of the responders on how to capture the signature.

I am guessing you will be at 18mm focal length to get everything in, and could use f/8 focused at about 7 feet. That will keep everything from 4 feet to infinity in focus. I use the photographers tools app on my iPhone to find this hyperfocal distance for whichever focal length I'm using. I also try to use f/8, which is a couple of stops down from wide open, for maximum sharpness.
