Very good and very interesting shots, wrogers! Were these all taken at the same store window? What store was it?

I can't remember if it was one store or two or exactly where I was. The picture taken just before these (an historic building marker) was in Manhattan near Lexington Avenue and 68th Street or so. The person or persons who did the displays made taking the pictures easier because of the window lighting used and things they selected.

Nice shots!

When shooting through glass where reflections are a problem, I use a Lenskirt from B&H. Not expensive and works very well.

I'm going to buy it.

Perhaps you'll take a picture of your own shadow and upload it here.

This is such a nice site, except for the occasional moment.

I like it! What software and procedural flow?

Thanks for the friendly question. The software was Photoshop. Fixing the focus was the first step then the lighting and then cropping.

I've been taking photos for Thirty years. The reason for this bad photo (there have been some other ones) was a home owner glaring at me through a window and fatigue after walking with several heavy lenses and a Canon camera for several miles in the sun. But that's how I keep my weight down to 170 at six foot two at age 71 1l2. The lens I used is a 24 MM shift-tilt lens which does not autofocus. Old habits die hard. :)

Cropping, copy and paste, darkening, posterizing, sharpening, oil paint, bordering, stretching width, and secret words.

Poor focus, etc

Virginia beach has a similar one

According to the Wonderworks website they have six locations, one of which is in Myrtle Beach, where I took the above photo.

I'm not sure if they are tourist traps, based on the website. But I didn't enter the building when I was there.
