I will use this waist strap to see if that helps for sure!
Thank you everyone for your responses..I will admit I have not used the waist belt with the bag and will certainly try that as well. I have just noticed that on long photography hikes, that by the next day I can hardly turn my neck. I am 59 years old and maybe the older I get the less I can deal with weight distribution done wrong. I will also check out the belt with the pockets as well. I try to not bring too many things to lighten the load, but the bag when empty even seems heavy to me. But, like I said, it is well made and other that the issues with the neck pain, I love the bag itself.
Happy Valentine's Day from my favourite Valentine..Comanche!!
I love it! Did you end up buying it?
Wow, I wonder why the restriction on the lens...that is crazy! What is the really big difference on 200 vs 300? Can you possibly rent something for the trip?
I have a Thinktank Streetwalker backpack. I love the design and the durability of the bag, however, I find that when I put my D7100 in there with a couple of lens and wear the bag for any length of time, the next day my neck is really sore from the weight of it. I have been looking at the Camera Support Straps V2.0 that are compatible with my bag and wondered if anyone has ever tried them. Thinktank says that they reduce the stress on the back and neck when attached to the backpack. They are certainly inexpensive enough too. Any opinions?
Don't stress..35 days until spring. I am a winter hater and i am certainly itching to get back out there with my camera again!
My favourite walk around lens is my Nikkor 18-300...just the right lens for everything..
Very nice...love Street Photography!
Ewwww...poor thing. That is just disgusting!
I have the WU-1A as well for my D7100. I was very disappointed with the performance as well. Very slow downloading images with a lot of lag. I have mine attached to my Samsung S5 Android phone. Great idea, but not a great performer.
