Thanks so much! I use a D3, Nikon 70-200mm. Sounds like I pumped up the ISO (1600) and shutter speed (1000) too much. On top of that, the aperture was set at 2.8. The closer shots were fairly good, but anything cropped was washed out. Will try something closer to what you describe. Here are examples of my better shots. Still not what I expect!

Nice Shots! I struggle with night game photography and blame it a lot on the lighting of a particular field. Just curious...what camera body, lens, ISO, speed and aperture were you using that night.

If I didn't already have a 2.8 300mm, I would have jumped at the opportunity. Good buy!

Thanks for the compliment! My pictures were taken with my Nikon D300 and Nikon 18-200mm lens. All were adjusted slightly and some were cropped for effect. Handheld. Just an amateur!

I responded at 9:23AM on the 25th. When was the item sold? Disappointed that it took 33 hours to find out and after re-attempts. Lesson learned!

I had the same problem with a new ASUS VS278Q. Chatted with the online person to no avail. Only the VGA to VGA worked which is not the reason I bought this model at B&H suggestion.
