Hi all,
today, I want to share an unusual image. Last year I was shooting at a creek. When I saw this image, I could see an old man's face farmed by the babbles and flowing water. I could see clearly his eyes, open mouth, cheeks and a white beard. I cropped the image so that it could be seen clearly what I saw. I want to know from the members if they see the same thing what I see or that is just me imagine.

Thanks,
Mohammed

Yes I see the old man. Nice picture Mohammed!

Do any of you know of a type of software, that can make a photograph look like a painting.

Topaz, they have lots of different pp programs. If you wait you could get it with a big discount.

I forgot to add them to my previous post so I decided to post them here.

Wow, nice pictures but that last one shows how large the falls really are. Guess you had quite a wonderful trip.

Busy is a good way to put it. I stop in Dublin for 10 days on the way home from Africa. Never been. Looking forward to it. Will go to Penn State-UCF football game in Croke Park (Kroke?) with one of my roommates from PSU who is coming over.

Guiness is in Dubln. My wife and I had a try, we don't drink beer, it's tough to get down room temperature. We flew into Dublin. It's a nice city. Trinity college is nearby too. We stayed out on the west coast in Westford. Had a tremendous time. Going out the door to Lake Ontario for some waterfall photos. Enjoy the day!

Thanks. Won't be back in Boston until 6 September. I leave Lyon for N'Djamena, Chad on 29 July where I will spend all of August evaluating the potential for, and being evaluated for, future work there. Why else would I put myself through the hell of dealing with French verbs and articles???????

You sound busy. After trying to become proficient in Greek and Hebrew I stopped learning languages. We just returned from Ireland a few weeks ago, didn't learn Irish (Galic). We'll be in Cape Cod Sept 13- Oct 15. Safe travels...crack those books:-)

I have a nikon d7000 and I seem to never render red roses, or anything else for that matter, accurate. I use Neutral exposure rather than vivid. Any help would be appreciated.

The next morning was a "get out at dawn" start and the results were worthwhile. Through the day we traveled from east of Enterprise down the Upper Imnaha Road loop back to Joseph. (I'll post the late afternoon scenery separately.)

Excellent. Like both series. Have a great trip!

About 30 Jesuits, including the novices, went on a mini-pilgrimage to Villaret, a small town in the Haute-Savoie of the French Alps, the birthplace of St. Peter Faber, one of the original Jesuits and the first one ordained priest. I was unaware of the plans until two days before going. An amazing weekend at 1400 plus meters elevation. Have been slowly going through the photos. These are just a few. More in a later post.

Really nice Father Jack. What a great Pilgrimage. Thanks for sharing.
