Cool shot! Looks like a really interesting place to visit. Do you have any photos of the inside of that castle?
Unfortunately not I'm afraid, we went through the castle but for some reason I can't remember, I didn't take any.
Thanks for your interest, MJL.

Neweagle....thank you, it's good to get compliments!
jthomas........It certainly helps, thanks also.
Speaking purely as a complete amateur, I think part of the pleasure of photography is getting that photograph, as you remember it when it was taken. The best camera on Earth is, as we all know, the eye! Although memory can be mistaken, we have all seen things like, grass too green and skies not as blue as it was. To me digital photography is the best thing since sliced bread, and Photoshop is included. Of course people will over do it sometimes, but that will always happen.

As pretty as the scene is, it's the person standing on shore that makes it so interesting.
Thanks for your comment, waldron7. I absolutely agree, the lady in the photo is, as you have probably guessed, my wife. She didn't know I was taking it, and I've never asked what she was thinking about!

Coffee55, Oh sorry, didn't notice your location.
Well I just had to rewrite this post. Lucky I read it again before posting as I took you literally (small island in the North Sea. he he he!) My husband's from Twickenham originally. It's almost midnight here I think it's time I went to bed.
Yes am disappointed we can't get to Yosemite and Yellowstone, they sound completely different to the ones we are seeing but we are covering a lot of ground in 3 1/2 weeks as it is.
Your picture is stunning I hope you have framed it.

gregoryd45....thanks, pleased you like it!
pinkycat....thanks for your compliment.
James56...I took lots but only three I was satisfied with.
Denisedancer...We liked Bryce even better than the G,C. Hate to say this, but Yellowstone was marvelous! Yosimite is very picturesque. You're in for a real treat! P.S. I live in a small island in the North Sea, (just thought I'd mention it)
