Thank you all for looking and your kind comments. It's very rewarding to hear the praise of colleagues. The conditions were somewhat difficult in the ape house, as the light was quite low. Also it was cold outside and very warm in the ape house, so my lens kept fogging up.
There aren't any in your area of the country. Their habitat is the Gulf coast of the USA, Caribbean, Mexico, and northern South America. They are relatively rare, due to almost being wiped out by the plume trade in the 19th and early 20th centuries. They still haven't fully recovered.
