MPB
So far, I have only dealt with MPB. I have no complaints with MPB. Although I purchased my Canon E0S 90D from B&H, I bought all my 3 of my current lenses from MPB. I always order the "Like New" option and they look like brand new. I did have 1 issue with them. I bought a Tc from the. When the item arrived, it was missing the 1 of the caps. I contacted them they said they would ship it out. waited no package contacted them again by email - nothing. next email was more stern - another last email was almost threatening. we got the item shortly afterwards. Maybe they were too busy I don't know. All previous purchases were excellent. I don't want to bad mouth them. I shall DEFINITELY buy from them again. I could use a back-up camera so when that time presents itself, I'll buy it from MPB. btw I told them I need just the one cap for the teleconverter they sent me both caps

I don’t use a tripod - my hands aren’t that steady. I almost always keep my shutter speed at 1/8000. An f/(range 8-10) and ISO Auto. For me this compensates for the for-camera shake. Sometimes a little bit of blur is acceptable for the affect that you want – then turn down the Shutter Speed I have tried 1/4000 and I get a little blur. Otherwise my Hummingbird shots are totally “frozen” - The wings have no blur whatsoever. I keep my camera settings to Back Button Focus. Always lookout for light conditions sometimes the wrong light can affect exposure darkness or lightness. My camera + lens include Canon EOS 90D & Canon EF 100-400mm IS USM II zoom lens.

Shortly after I purchased my Canon EOS 90D – I decided to lean all the bells & whistle on my new camera. I had three previous Canon EOS xxD DSLRs. Back then I thought that it was time to learn this stuff, but the task seemed daunting, subsequently I never learned how to use my camera to the full extent of the features on it.
At the time of getting my Canon 90D I discovered tons of videos on YouTube. My first task I learned all about the exposure triangle – I have that down pretty good – still need to refine it. Next step was the Back Button Focus – I basically have that down need to continue “learning” that feature. I am about to step into Fill/Flash. It’s all an ongoing process.
Don’t waste your money. I am retired and I can utilize that $$$ on things like batteries, sd cards, etc.

I purchased the new Canon EOS 90D body from B&H last fall – I love it.
I had two camera bodies – 40D & 50D that I sold to MPB.
I too had thought I did not want to buy “used” camera gear. I thought I’d give it a try. From UHH several folks indicated that MPB is reputable used camera store. They add a six-month warranty. They have a rating system. All these lenses that I purchased from them were rated “like new”.
I was impressed in that all three of my lenses from mpb were flawless. Each lens that I received did not have so much as a scratch, ding or crack on the lens & lens body. All lenses came with caps, hoods. I immediately took these out for various shoots these worked flawlessly. One of the lenses included the original Canon brand box/ packaging. Buying all this stuff from mpb saved me several hundred dollars.
I bought a canon EF 100mm Macro lens – my older version of the canon EF 100mm didn’t have the image stabilizer feature.
My old canon ef 100-400mm – I never did care for the push/pull feature. I bought version ll of this lens that has turning ring.
I had wanted to sell these old lenses & bodies here on UHH but my partner, who is not a member on UHH, didn’t want to go that route. PBM accepted all items except they rejected my old ef 100-400mm lens. They said something about dust in the lens, knew that this old lens had some scratching on the body of the lens the it still works very good.
