I don’t think youre depressed jolly. I think you’ve just got fed up with being used……..if you’d been a man the garage would never have treat you like the way they did. You’ve got lots of things to worry about and you sail through your problems. And……you always cope because you come through it. Keep it up, don’t let the b*****s grind you down.

Feel a lot of love in your message thank you very much. I may have told you at a resort up here they have a game where metal moles pop up and you have to hit as many as you can as they randomly pop up. I say my life is like that game I just keep swinging as these issues pop up. I do get tired. The mechanic’s phone person says they think the hose broke and it lost coolant so the heater isn’t working and that is also why the car over heated. I asked them to find out why the wipers stopped mid window and to balance the new tires. Also need the rubber tubing that holds wires in the door area to be attached. The other place left the tube showing a half inch of wires.
I’m glad you don’t think I’m depressed. And I agree that a man wouldn’t get treated this way. I guess they have enough business they don’t have to be nice to their lady customers. On that subject. When we went to a pub for lunch the food was excellent and reasonably priced. I think that’s because it’s attached to a golf park and they get men customers a lot. Had the best burger I’ve ever had. Decent price too.
I like reading about what you are doing. You are a perky lady too.

If that project doesn't have your love, then frog it and start something else. I once finished a project that I knew I wasn't going to love. It sat for months before I finally frogged it and reclaimed the yarn. I guess I didn't have anything better to do at the time.
If the tax man sent the documents electronically would he accept them back the same way. Check with him. We have documents at work that we can "electronically sign". My signature is messy when I'm doing it by my finger but it is still recognizable.
It could be that Mooch found somewhere to deep sleep. Tazi does that sometimes. She is so deeply asleep that she startles when we touch her.
Good luck with your car.

I think frogging it is best too. I was pleasantly surprised when I found some pattern books in a box I thought has receipts. So might find a pattern there I like I did call the tax man and his secretary was very nice she said they accepted my verbal permission to electronically send my taxes on time. I can mail her the signed forms when I get ,my car and can go to the post office. I want to be sure they get it so they have to sign for them. And I can mail her the check for his payment. Nice that she did this for me. I was so concerned I couldn’t sleep, til 5 am that night.
I thought mooch might have been sleeping or changed his mind about dieing alone. I heard cats go off to die alone so I was worried. My son thinks mooch might have hearing issues but I think he just ignores us. Just kidding.

I’m sorry that things aren’t going well for you. Our Tazi also has allergies. She has sneezing fits that go on for a really long time with lots of nasal discharge. Then she won’t eat for that day because she feels yucky. She loses a lot of weight until whatever is causing the allergy has passed. We still have not found out what is causing her issues but it is worse when the windows are open. It would be good if it is just the wrong litter that caused Mooch’s problem.
I’m sorry that you are car-less again. Hopefully the mechanic finds an easy fix.

Sorry your cat suffers too. They told me yesterday and today car might be ready but I don’t get a call. Seems like last time. Tried all day to think positive but finally took a nap. I’m not a positive thinker because so much negative has happened all my life. But I’m still here.

Mooch seems to be drinking and litter had wet spots. Food looked nibbled at. He has been in my lap not in a curled up ring on back of couch as before. So good sign.

Got in a stressful conversation with a friend who said I sounded depressed. I told her I’m not depressed I’m upset which is different. People always try to make me do what they think. it’s annoying. Usually I ignore it but I was so stressed I told her strongly I’m not Depressed. She likes to be bossy then apologize. I told her apology helps the apologizer feel better but doesn’t help the person getting the apology. Like if someone kicks you the body still hurts even if there’s an apology. She keeps on being bossy and apologizing. I let it go and we chatted today. I’m usually not like this. I sure am stressed.

Sorry for your cat too. Today I couldn’t find mooch I thought he’d gone to die. Finally after I chattered to him he came out. Don’t know if he was sleeping or changed his mind about dieing. They didn’t call for car so maybe tomorrow. Had to cancel doctor appointment because I didn’t do the fasting blood-test and had no car to get there.

Called tax man because I got so busy with car/cat issues I forgot to send the paper but he sent it electronically aNd soon as I get the car I will mail the signed papers and his check.

I had a conflict with a friend who thinks I’m depressed but I know I’m just upset and tired of the car problems. Two other friends said I don’t sound depressed to them just upset. I think some people want to put labels on things they are not qualified to label.

Been doing cross stitch and I think when it’s done I’ll take out the sweater I started and make a different one. Lost interest and I had used the wrong size needles so it needed altering to suit that size needles. I’d rather just start again different pattern. I found a book of sweaters I would like to make. Hope you feel well and weather is fine.

I want so much to catch up but I’m unable to right now. I have to get up,early and it’s now around 2:30 am. Awful week end. My cst seemed to be dieing. Friday I took him at 1 am in a heavy rainstorm to the 24 hour veterinarian about an hour away. She got to us an hour later. Did tests and said he wasn’t dieing but might have alergy. At 4 am I drove home the longer way since the highway was dark from the rain and foggy. Got to my driveway and a rectangle bright red lit up saying my car was red hot. I saw the gauge was on H Tried turning off and on same thing. Next day I had an appointment for mechanic to look at my car heater which is blowing cold air since the awful dealer fixed the wiring the rodent chewed. I won’t go back there. So AAA towed the car to mechanic and I’m home with no car. My friend asked what was different about my cat and after thinking I recalled son bought tidy cat litter with blue cap not orange I usually buy. I think my cat is allergic to it. I had some other litter not the clumping kind and put that in his litter box. I hope this solves the problem. All night vet is very expensive. But I couldn’t let mooch die. Tonight I realized my son didn’t bring in the mail and I was to sign amd return papers to tax man. I’ll call him tomorrow and see what happens now. Also have to cancel doctor appointment because I didn’t have time for my blood work. Total mess here.

I'm hoping for no more snow. Last night got down to freezing so that's not done yet, but the days are warmer.

Daffodils are blooming but it is still CHilly. 30s and 40s but wind makes it feel colder. Yesterday we had a 71 and it felt spring like but today thunder boomed and rain fell with cold dampness so I wore a coat but took a shawl to wear with friends at lunch. Had to have a gent help me up the step which was a bit overly high. My lady friends helped me down when we left and put my take home bag in the car for me. I had problem closing the small umbrella. Son pushed it closed when I got home but I had only held it shut with the Velcro tie. Lunch was very good I had a burger with peppers onions mushroom and cheddar got Rubin for take home dinner tonight. Another for my son. Our group use to be 12 retired teachers from our building but one died one is in nursing home one moved one has family obligations so we have 8 and only 6 Could make it this time. We meet about every 6 weeks or 2 months. Catch up on one lives and remember our working days. One recalled was a time when teachers who married had to resign and later if a teacher got pregnant she had to resign. Before my time. My foot slipped on the doorstep and I braced myself with my right harm which hurts a bit now. Cat is ready for his food and litter change so I Will oblige.
Hope to catch up later if I don’t fall asleep.

There are a few places we could drive a few hours to to see the eclipse but I didn’t want to be in traffic going and coming after. We watched it on local tv and it was just fine. I’m glad nothing went amiss. I’m a worrier thinking what if it didn’t go back to as usual. Guess scientist would have known that. Nice to se people getting along without taking sides just one happy country experiencing a good event. So nice. Our prices will adjust without all the control freaks trying to tell everyone how to live as they think we should live. Church goers can be so holier than thow. I say live and let live. If people warm to do things I wouldn’t do that’s up to them. I don’t want to be told what to do and don’t want to tell others what to do didn’t plan on getting on my soap box.just came out spontaneously.
I went thru boxes and found some really nice books of knitting and crochet patterns. Now I want to finish my cross stitch and get back to knitting.
Saw a cute cartoon. The secretary is bringing a hooped rectangle to the personnel man at his desk and she says “ she has an unusual resume. I’ve never seen one in cross stitch before.”

At first I thought it was too sing song but then I got to understand it and love it I bought a plastic item at dollar tree and it’s the serenity prayer which fits right by my sink so I see it every days I had been engaged to a man who drank and I went to alanon which is for non drinkers who care about drinkers and I’ve been in alanon for many years. They say the serenity prayer at every meeting. They are meeting on the phone, in person, or there are apps.

Thank you that is so nice of you to say. I enjoy reading your posts. You have so much going on.
You might think I’m making this up but it is true. New Jersey had an earth quake this morning and there was an amber alert here telling us the earth quake was happening mildly in our state too. My son Woke me up saying he felt the house shake. I was asleep so didn’t feel it I thought another tree branch had hit the house this time. My friend told me later she was upstairs in her house and felt the Shake so hard she thought she had a seizure.

The last time that my wipers wouldn't work, it was a fuse. Hopefully yours turns out to be something easy to fix like that.
Definitely get your car into a place that the insurance recommends. It sounds like something in the dash was not sealed the way that it should have, if you are getting cold air mixed with warm air out of the vents. The insurance got you a replacement car last time so I'm sure that they can do the same again.
Chipmunks are not afraid of anything. They used to provoke mama-Smokey, our cat who went outside. They know that they are fast.

Insurance says I’d have to take it back to the awful place that had it for a month and I believe once they get it again they will take it apart and I won’t get it back for a long time then not fixed as I’m not impressed with what they gave me back now. I may have to pay myself but I’m looking for somewhere else to fix It, I have a bumper to bumper warranty so will ask if they pay for this work. Probably not.
Im calling a pest company I need a car that isn’t eaten
