My son and a friend went to see "The Addams Family" play a few miles from here. When they got to the town, they had to detour because of a car crash. Two men were killed in a blue Subaru. His friend's mother listens to a scanner, and she heard "two men dead" and "blue Subaru." My son's Fit is blue. In a panic, she texted and called her son, but she got no replay because he had no signal. She and her daughter drove to the site of the crash to see if her son was dead. Can you imagine having to do that?

I looked online for info about the crash, and I found another crash that occurred about the same time in the city of Kingston, twenty miles away - involving a blue car. Three people were listed in critical condition.

That happened to my sister and I while I was visiting back home for Christmas, we had gone into Glasgow to Christmas shop and had just moved away from a spot outside of a shop when a bin man (garbage man) had a heart attack and crashed into the people on the pavement several people were killed including a tiny baby, my niece heard it on the NewsBreak and panicked as she couldn’t reach us, didn’t find out till we went home that we were ok

The first shot shows how the sun comes along our fence line to illuminate our yellow roses. Last week I took my camera (Sony A1 and my Zeiss 85mm f/1.8 lens) out to see what I could capture as the sun rose and lit up the roses.

Comments and suggestions are welcome.

Absolutely beautiful yellow roses are my favourite especially baby yellow roses

Had to drive to West Glacier so decided to make a quick stop at the bridge for a short hike. It's tourist season so I didn't have it all to myself this time...lol But there were a few tourist that were jumping off the bridge...so that was fun to watch!

Well not really folks.....I know, I know, this is all touristy and hokey but I just thought I'd have a little fun. This is really Port Issac in Cornwall, home of the Doc Martin series. We are heavy watchers of British TV streaming through Prime, Britbox and Acorn, about 75% of our TV time is on these services. One of my wife's favorite shows was Doc Martin, one of the most popular, a truly funny and well-done series. the production company took 20 years to produce 10 seasons. My wife has seen them all at least once.

The company would come in for a year, move and store the goods and furniture of the houses, stores they were using for the season. They would also pay for the loss of income during the year of production. Stores were painted, decorated and changed, then then brought back to original when filming was completed for that season. The ice cream store (blue borders) was converted to Miss Tischel's pharmacy, the restaurant, the bars, the school were all used in the production. Doc Martins house is available for rent, if your so inclined. Talking to the residents and shop owners of Port Issac, they loved the series being produced and filmed there and all and looked forward to them coming back every other year.

Since we were visiting Cornwall two weeks ago, this was on my wife's must-see list...so we did. One thing I found out, there's nothing level in that little town, its either uphill or downhill but what a cute little seaside town with truly, truly friendly people. If you've seen the show, you may recognize some of the places. If you haven't seen the Doc Martin series, I most highly recommend it for great quality entertainment....Cheers

Loved the show have the complete series take it and watch when down in the dumps, the man who played Al Large bought a house there to raise his kids and I believe lives there also part of the year

I am interested in recording TV programming off the air. I don't want having internet or cable involved and no subcription fee either.
Look like the TiVo would work but I am not sure. TiVo has a lot of stuff and many requires a subcription fee.

I pay 14:99 a month for my tivo
