Thank you to all who have looked and commented. I forced myself to leave my dslr in the car so as to get more familiar with my new P/S. It is a Panasonic DMC-ZS10. Seems to do an ok job. I'm real happy with #1 and #3 was a looooong zoom and a big crop...and it shows.

Avocets are beautiful in and out of the water. I agree re the crop and the water. Your work is so consistently pleasing. You are one of the folks on this forum who "sees the light", has the patience to wait for it and has the skills to cause the camera to perfactly render it. I also appreciate your thoughtful understanding of the annimals you so wonderfully celebrate. Thanks, you are one of the people who make this forum worthwhile.

Unless you have flown RC it is difficult to appreciate how skillful this guy is. Great editing. Glad he had the humor to show the water crash, the plane and his. Really fun thanks for posting.
