Nice composition showing both reflections.
Excellent series, handsome hawk.
Tuesday January 14 was a rainy and foggy Winter day on Cape Cod- the kind of day you might think would not be good for nature photography. My experience has been just the opposite - on these days I seem to find good subjects and usually can get fairly close to them. On this day I got very close to this handsome male great blue heron.
I dont worry about wet feather days

These scenes could have been taken here a few days ago - but the January thaw hit with a vengeance, not a spot of snow left.
This set depicts fascinating history and wonderful architecture. To me, photographs that tell or have a story are the most interesting.

This brings back memories of the times long ago when I used to ride the T from Braintree to Northeastern. It was always an adventure - sometimes pleasant, as depicted in your superb photo, and other times.....
Finding such beautiful subjects is the greatest reward for a nature photographer, superb shots.
Thanks to everybody for your kind comments.
