Yes may have been for the photographers . No denying they do make lots of smoke , steam , blow the whistles a lot but when you pay good money for the trip you want a good show !

My settings , nothing fancy Aperture priority , wide open is o.k. since you don't need depth of field , 1 full stop over exposed , partial metering , ISO whatever it takes to stay around 1000 shutter speed on this day 320 was O.K. and AI servo

Yes you are right . I try to do a balancing act . To little shutter speed and everything else can also be out of focus .

Recent Flying Circus air show . The tri wing Fokker is the same as Red barron flew except this one is same paint scheme as his brothers .
