Why don't you check B & H or KEH, possibly Adorama. You can get new or used and have a large selection. 2.8 lenses are more money but that is all I have and it is worth it and they are all Canon. Sigma does have a 70-200 f 2.8 for around $1400 new. Great reviews if you want to save some $ but believe you will be surprised at the prices of B&H new from Canon.

I'm looking to purchase a Canon 70-200 2.8 is or a similar Sigma lens from E bay but I have never purchase from them. I wonder if it is reliable, honest and worth it. It is a savings of a couple hundred dollars over KEH, B&H etc. How do I know if what I'm buying is what I see and is described? Thanks for your replies.
I have a mother, 3 daughters and a son I need to select some poses for. They havent' been together for some time and I don't want them to look so perfectly posed. More on the candid relaxed side. They will be outside shots. Any ideas
I had the same problem and also with Nissin.....you can lift up small plate on the hotshoe with your fingernail(just a small amount and it will let you use the built in flash) or send it back to Canon and it takes 3 weeks. They don't always get it fixed the first time. You can easily do it but it is a pain in the tail to continue doing it.......

Has anyone had experience with the Nissin 866 flash and can comare to the Canon 580 II....Cost is considerably different and the fill flash on Nissin is interesting. Thanks
