The P**********l Records Act puts the documents and artifacts under the control of the National Archives, NOT the exiting President. The documents belong to the Federal Government, and if requested, they're LOANED to former Presidents.

The P**********l Records Act was passed to retain and preserve all documents produced during the term of office, as well as any gifts received during their term in office.

No matter how hard you or anyone on the right try to argue otherwise, all documents issued by the Government should NOT have been moved from the
White House to Mar-A-Lago as trump was leaving office. Those documents are the property of the Federal Government.

The Federal Documents Case is not being brought based of the classification of the documents which were recovered, the case is being brought because trump took government documents to Mar-A-Lago which he had no right to have in his possession after leaving office, that they weren't secured, that trump and his Mar-A-Lago staff played a game of cups by moving boxes around the complex to keep his legal team from finding many of the documents (obstruction), and had his legal team lie about turning all of the requested documents back to the National Archives.

As you mentioned, there is a procedure to follow to declassify documents, which trump DIDN'T follow. There's no record of the documents being declassified, and at least one of them CAN'T be declassified.

The legally obtained search warrant was served at Mar-A-Lago on August 8, 2022, after over a year of trying to get all of the documents trump STOLE when he left office on January 20, 2021 back. It was NOT a raid. There wasn't a SWAT team.

We've all seen the boxes stacked all over Mar-A-Lago, they weren't in a secure location. With THOUSANDS of "guests" or members flowing through Mar-A-Lago each year, many of those stolen documents were stored in a bathroom, and on the stage in the ballroom where they were visible and accessible to the general public.

Only one storage room was locked, but not all of the boxes and documents were stacked in that one room.

Don't even try to argue that the Secret Service was at Mar-A-Lago and guarding those boxes, because that's not their job. The Secret Service is there to protect the "person", the President, not his belongings.

Let's also not forget that Mar-A-Lago was a magnet for spies, TWO Chinese Spies were arrested at Mar-A-Lago in 2019.

The Special Counsel, Robert Hur, who was tasked with investigating President Biden's classified documents files found at his think tank as well as at his home in Delaware wasn't a democratic appointee. He was chosen because he'd worked under the trump administration.

The report which Hur wrote was a political hack job.

That will be more and more the norm as gas prices rise and people become more isolated, not requiring human interaction. Once shopping was in itself a form of community activity as we would see neighbors in stores and stop to talk, and a lot of older people just liked to talk to strangers and store personnel because they were lonely at home. Now with the internet, a lot of us have formed communities online and talk to specific people we identify as online friends, or just reach out to groups like here on UHH. The trend of not getting out can be seen in our neighborhoods as well as in stores with people not knowing or socializing with those living around us.


We are obsessed with our TVs, computer time, and Tic Tock. There is just no time left to go shopping. Some people hesitate to order through apps like Uber Eats or Door Dash because there is a delivery fee but if you take the government allowance of fifty-seven cents a mile for auto usage and multiply it by maybe a 14-mile round-trip to a store, you will find the price of delivery is about the same as you going to pick up the product and delivery is much more convenient.

Democracy is mob rule. Or "two wolves and a lamb, v****g on what to eat for lunch"— attributed to Franklin, but not confirmed... what he did say was “There is T***h in the Old Saying, That if you make yourself a Sheep, the Wolves will eat you.”

And as recorded on the events of the last day of the convention, September 18, 1778 “A lady asked Dr. Franklin Well Doctor what have we got a republic or a monarchy – A republic replied the Doctor if you can keep it.” —Benjamin Franklin

“Remember Democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes exhausts and murders itself. There never was a Democracy Yet, that did not commit suicide,” he wrote, before continuing, “It is in vain to Say that Democracy is less vain, less proud, less selfish, less ambitious or less avaricious than Aristocracy or Monarchy. It is not true in Fact and no where appears in history. Those Passions are the same in all Men under all forms of Simple Government, and when unchecked, produce the same Effects of Fraud Violence and Cruelty.”

So there you have what two of the most important founding fathers thought on the subject of democracy and wether or not we are a republic, and can pretty much ascertain what opinion they would have about those who disagreed with them... — But what did they know.
