Good luck to your daughter and the little one Gigi. Your images from Assateague always spark my admiration.
Thank you so much Kaskazi for the good wishes. I'm glad you enjoy my Assateague images!
Some of the old properties on Assateague Island
The road to Valentines Lodge - Assateague Island. It is a walking trail - about 4 miles (2 in/2out)
I absolutely love being in the back country - no one but us, it was amazing!

I really like these RR, especially first & last.
Great start Judy!
Sorry I've been MIA - daughter in hospital (27wks pregnant) with bp issues so it's been a very crazy week and a half! All seems to be under control with one more test tomorrow! Fingers crossed!!
The place that inspires me is Assateague Island - the wild horses and other wild life along with the beautiful landscape really is inspiring. We've recently purchased an OSV pass that allows us to drive on the beach. It's a 12 mile stretch to the VA state line and along the way there are off roads that take you to the bay side of the island as well and walking trails with abandoned homes and hunting lodges, even a grave. I haven't made it to all the trails yet, but I'm working on it.
Me doing my thing!

Two stallions not liking each other proximity to their respective bands. This is why you're supposed to stay 40 feet away!

Missed you all yesterday - the day was one appointment after another yesterday (all good).
Some times I just watch my amaryllis grow. This is the 3rd year and I can't believe I got any blooms.
Beautiful Pat! That last one is 💯💯
Great shots everyone. Wish I had something better to share but I’ve been laid up on the sofa in our family room since Sunday with a rotten Upper respiratory infection. This is what the hubby calls “Nancy Camp”
