Yes, but the '59 fins had a smooth curvature to them. The '60 had an angle/bend to them.

Nope. The '59 didn't have round tail lights. He is correct that it is a '60.

Just looking at the engine, it may be original rather than the almost universally mandatory "350" replacement. Looks like it needs helper springs in the rear, however. It is the original 283. It has hydraulics on it to raise it up and down.
