If the price is the same, more or less, is there any advantage to ordering directly from Nikon as opposed to one of the other sellers such as Adorama, etc.?

I'm not looking for a solution or sympathy - not yet, anyway. I was taking a few indoor shots yesterday using the pop-up flash. It didn't always flash, but there was no pattern to the non-flashing. Then I noticed "ERR" in the top LCD. I replaced the battery a couple of time, but there is still ERR in the LCD. The pictures - with and without the flash - turned out fine. I might find time later to check it out, and I'll let you know what I find.

This is a good example of why having just one camera is like having none at all - just like backups. "One is none; two is one."

I tripped and went in the water with my Nikon D7200 and a couple lenses. The camera was off and I immediately removed the battery and cards. I put the camera in sealed bag with silica gel packs and I put the lens in brown rice. I plan on turning the camera on after 72 hours. Any other advice? I've been told that even if the camera works it could fail at anytime. Any body had a similar experience?

I am only familiar with Moment lenses of which my favorite is the 18mm wide. Moment makes quality lenses for your smartphone but their price range is around $100.00. Also, you would need to use their moment Phone case in order to mount the lens.

Has anyone ever been able find a Tripod/Monopod mount for the Canon 70-300 4-5.6 IS USM

I thought I remember seeing one time some who found a type of mount for this lens.

Any help on this in advance is appreciated.

[quote=randy pitts]Does anyone see a down side to attaching a Sigma 85/1.4 DN DG Art lens to a Sony A7R-3?

As alternative checkout the Sony FE 85mm f/1.8.
