I am new to Ugly Hedgehog, but not to photography. I am just an amateur, but have been using cameras of all kinds since about 1960 (a freshman in high school then). I taught in the public schools in my hometown for 31 years, then a catholic school for 9. I am a volunteer fire fighter for 45 years and still drive the rigs, just don't do the heavy work -- it's a young man's job. Been married to my high school sweetheart for nearly 48 years. Two daughters and one fantastic grand daughter -- she is the subject of most of the photos now.
