I am a very experienced LEARNER of just about anything and it has been my experience that any new viewpoint is valuable for new insights.

I just recommend always use video, at 30 or more frames a second you won't miss any shots regardless of the light...Images can be doctored, the scene cannot.

Person myself think BOTH images are excellent and manifest as best depending on your mood at the time, anyway thanks for the images.
