Looking Down from the archives:
I really like the cityscapes, but that one of the canyon blows me over - a perspective I haven't seen before.

Quite some pictures of some unusual places!! Thanks.
Thank you Leek. It was all a long time ago, but I'm glad to be still here to enjoy the memories

I am liking this challenge. Here are some more downward looking shots
Over 60 years since I was in Arizona! Love the bridge, which emphasises the flatness of the plains above the canyon.
Some air shots. Most of these were taken before I left Africa in 1969, so more recent travellers may have rather different views, particularly when it comes to the city shots. All except the Lucerne image were taken from commercial flights - oh not quite, Vic Falls was on a military DC3 charter.
Please excuse dirt on some of the images - I have still not mastered Photoshop 2021 on my new machine - otherwise I would have cleaned them up!

A last few before it's too late will make up for me not getting back here with some bridges last week, although I did manage to squeeze a few of them into this challenge.
And thanks for the challenge Leek - you flushed out a great surge of talent

Here are a few of the sun setting off the boat in Rockport, TX. I hope they bring some enjoyment.
Right up my street - lovely collection. I really miss living near a decent stretch of water.

Some of us came along too late to share the fun. Is Jim in any of these photos? I missed his passing and had wondered, but now I guess it is confirmed. Sad - he was a great contributor.
