I tried four or five high schools and a Jr. College or two with no luck and quite often not even a reply. I finally went to the Art Institute of Chicago and picked a photography professor at random and dropped him a line. I got lucky, he was starting an outreach program on the southside, and he took everything: old brass lenses and cameras, photo books and magazines, all the darkroom items including a stainless-steel sink. Moving day is coming up shortly and it is a relief to have it all gone

I seldom respond to posted pictures, but these are artfully done and should be enjoyed for the beauty of the model's body and the photographer's view.

Please do, my viewer is on its last legs and I still have thousands of slides I need to sort through as we go through this "downsizing" of the household.

I've never had an issue and used them several times for used equipment. Excellent turn around time and quality as good or better then their ads state.

Have you had a change of heart, for I have not heard anything further from you? If I need to relist them, let me know.

As part of our downsizing I've decided to part with my collection of the Little Technical Library series of books. I've looked and cannot find a listing of all the photography books that may have been published under these names, so I can't tell you that it is a complete collection. I do suspect that December 7, 1941 might have had something to the dearth of books I have for 1941, perhaps my buyer was drafted or volunteered or Ziff Davis halted publication.

For their age the books are in pretty good condition. The covers are the original blue and you can see the ageing on the the plain interior and back pages. The printed pages and photographs/illustrations are in good shape.

I've looked at E Bay and folks are asking between $5 and $11 per volume. I'll part with the lot for $60 plus postage if they are going to a good home!

If you need a picture, PM me. They really don't look any different from what you will see on E Bay but there are no dust covers, just the blue binding.

Not yet, and possibly not ever on this forum. I am going to explore other options tomorrow to see if I can get any bites. If something comes along, I'll certainly let them know that you have equipment available. None of the high schools in the area have expressed an interest and the local Technical College doesn't even offer any analog courses, just digital. Just my luck that my wife decided we need to downsize "now". She survived a double lung transplant and just doesn't want to deal with the stairs and the size of the house anymore.

Guess you missed the part where I stated "please contact me if you have any interest". Chicagoland is a little bit bigger than Hellertown and the film community is building here. It is a bargain price for all that is included if you are just starting off.

Due to our downsizing, I have to give up my darkroom equipment> it's been sitting in the attic for the past 25 years as there was no place to build a darkroom in our present home and in the condominium we are going to. I certainly will not have the luxury of having an attic, let alone room for a darkroom.
