I had the same problem a couple of years ago, and the solution it to calibrate your monitor, I use dual monitors (Apple Thunderbolt 27”) both calibrated and since doing that never have any problems plus check - Do Not Ajust when checking out - the calibration solved my problem which was same as yours, what I see now on my monitors is exactly what I get, and I only let the print non important things like Birthday parties, baby showers, Road Trip, etc. any high end client work I’m paid to do I send to PCL West professional Lab prints are more then Costco but better quality, never never never had any print problem at that Lab,but AGAIN MY MONITORS ARE CALIBRATED,

I have Nikon D850 and Sony a7riii and I have mostly Sigma lens for Nikon and Adapter to use Sigma Lens on my Sony and I also have OEM lens for both cameras and I have found that the Sigma lens are much better lens then my OEM lens and when looking at my pictures you can tell if they were shot with Sigma are OEM lens and I have save a lot of money and if you just have to have OEM lens and you have the money it’s your money spend it your way.

Only thing I can say after experienceing it myself is to stay away from Western Digital there drives are cheap and remember what they say —You get what you pay for—-they fail, trust me they fail, I’ve lost lost of pictures using Western Digital I would not use them again even if they we’re free, the best external drives I’ve found are LaCie, I travel with them over seas and has never had a problem and I travel two to three times a year with my external LaCie drives, Don’t Buy Western Digital.

I had the same issue with the same drive(Western Digital 4TB), this discussion took place some months ago and I said then that those Western Digital drives are no good, $89 bucks for a 4TB Drive, BS...I would never use a Western Digital even if someone gave it to me for free, oh! and one other thing...When you eject your drive make sure the light is off before you unplug it, the safe is way I do now and this may sound stupid is I shut down my Computer completely and also make sure the light is off and then and only then I will unplug the drive, better safe then sorry my files and images are to important to me so I do take no chances anymore with no external drive by any manufacturer. With that said this is what I did and I recovered my file and images and the drive was back to the way it was before the problem, I garentee this. I used Data Rescue 3 software, with the drive plugged in open data rescue 3... click on recovery and you will see the drive even though it’s not mounted, start the recovery and the software will start reading the drive and recovering the files it will seem like it’s gonna take forever but after a few hours, yes a few hours, just leave it alone and let it work, and as I said after a few hours the drive will mount on your desk top at that time stop the recovery process and it will ask do you want to stop early and click yes, it will still continue but eventually it will stop and your drive will be on the desktop and all your files will be there, but what I then did was transferred everything to a new LaCie rugged 2TB external hard drive, made sure all my files and images we’re there then formatted the Western Digital drive and threw it in the trash, end of story, 💯% works, good luck

I have been traveling to the Philippines for over 9 years now doing photography photographing models and doing street photography,as a matter of fact I will be starting a YouTube Channel soon on photographing in South East Asia, What i can tell you is that you really don't have nothing to worry about taking pictures in the philippines as long a you don't show yourself as a professional, by that I mean using strobs light's and Soft Boxs cause then you will be looked at as a professional and anywhere you go to take pictures you will need to have a permit and will have to pay a fee, it's not like in the US you can take pictures anywhere you want with light's are not but not in the Philippines and the same goes for South korea and Bankok, as long as you don't look like a professional you will be ok, no one will bother you they will just look, don't try and take pictures of the locals as specially the ladies 90% don't like you taking pictures of them the men don't care, and don't leave your equipment unattended are for sure it will be stolen aside from the you will be fine. have fun as I said i been doing photography in Philippines for over 9 years and have never had anything stolen and I carry lot of equipment and expensive len's.

I don’t use Loupedeck but I use Palette Gear which does the same as Loupedeck and when I’m over seas and photograph over 100 shots of models I find the Palette Gear saves me hours of editing time and you can program it to fit your needs, I’m considering getting the Loupe Deck any tool that saves me editing time and works is for me, it’s a great tool love it.

I had the same thing happen to me not only one drive but two drives, I used Data Rescue 3 and the drive showed up on my desk top and as it was recovering my files I was transferring them to another external drive, after I got all my files I did the same process on the second drive and then reformed them and they are good as new and I got back all my files that I was sure I had lost.
