Thank you for the question and the constructive responses & comments -- even some of the thread inputs that also provided various degrees of personal attack on others had one or two constructive comments.
I think it would lift the UHH thread and the thread participants to a higher level if constructive criticism could be provided without the personal name calling and the derogatory insinuations.
Just saying.
