There has been a lot of discussion about this and it seems that some prefer Topaz DeNoise (it will function as a plug in from LR) or DXO Deep Prime a stand alone program but does not have plug in capability from LR unless you purchase the entire suite of DXO programs. And some people like to use both LR denoise and then run it through Topaz. Regardless, I do think mirrorless has more noise.
I hear @Festus...drank the koolaide. Depending on your type of photography, mine is 80% action in wildlife, the gear that served me was Sony. And the 600mm f4 is sooo much lighter, better balanced and enables me to carry this gear and handhold this lens at age 65. Most of us have our reasons. So go with why it is important to you to make this change. It is expensive.
