I've used coconut oil to pine sap off my hands. Works like a charm and it eventually evaporate - probably in a few hours.

I use key fobs and then keep them in a plastic box with dividers, similar to what you might use for storing various screws or fishing tackle.

There is no incentive to pull back from the rivers and other flood prone areas when the government keeps bailing (no pun intended) property owners out. One more example of people failing to take responsibility for themselves and their decisions.
