Calling the cops on a guy with a gun is a surefire way to get on someone's hit list.

Shoot first, ask questions later. The only reasonable self defense act.

They didn't call and were hit, thus proving your point even more i***tic than most you attempt to make.

If only those people had their own AR-15s, they could have just shot the guy instead of asking him to stop shooting.

I say we need to have open season on anyone carrying a gun, as they pose a clear and present danger to everybody else.

They should have simply called their local law enforcement instead of confronting the POS themself. It would have likely been a much different outcome.

Well he has been regularly staying in the White House and cruising around the world on Air Force One. Many believe that he has been the bagman for the Biden Family corruption as detailed on H****r's laptop and corroborated by more than a few witnesses, whistleblowers, former business partners, and etc.

They were both using zoom and their lawyers to represent themselves. The judge got tired of the delays.

This particular hearing tomorrow is is to determine if Biden should be held in contempt of court and jailed until he complies with past court orders in this case.

https://nypost.com/2023/04/29/bidens-green-tax-breaks-for-the-rich-driving-nation-deeper-into-red/

The massive pile of green tax breaks Joe Biden jammed into the Inflation Reduction Act will cost multiples of the original sticker price — further imperiling America’s fiscal future.

The list price for IRA’s green tax breaks was $271 billion over the next decade.

Horrible enough, but the reality is far worse.

New analyses show the cost to be far higher.

Goldman Sachs pegs the true number at north of $1 trillion (yes, you read that right), while bean-counters at the Brookings Institution — hardly a friend of the GOP — peg it at $780 billion.

What’s driving the vast difference between the stated cost and the true number?

In large part, tax credits around electric vehicles and advanced manufacturing — two industries beloved by wealthy Dems, and rife with politically connected executives.

Goldmans Sachs sees the EV credit exploding from a projected cost of $14 billion to almost $393 billion, an increase of 2,700%. The Brookings figure is almost identical.

On advanced manufacturing, it skyrockets from $31 billion to $193 billion, a jump of 522%.

This absolutely blows up the absurd claim that the IRA will have a net negative impact on our federal deficit over the next 10 years — even with the law’s massive new tax hikes.

And the bad news comes after Biden has already added $5.6 trillion to our public debt, while the budget proposal he dropped in March would drive national debt to a crushing $51 trillion by 2033.

Even if the IRA were to work as originally promised, it would (as even the White House now admits) have only a trivial effect on inflation: lowering it by a third of a percentage point, 10 years from now.

Meanwhile, the biggest gainers from the green subsidies are financial institutions — they take home three times as much in benefits as any other sector. So it’s hard to believe that the subsidies will end up doing much good for the climate, either.

It all boils down to a huge gift to the fat cats the Democrats supposedly despise, rolled up in green posturing, at the expense of the American people.

Wonder how long it’ll take all the sincere climate warriors to realize they got conned, too.

Frank, your assertion that the government should not be involved in “when and where a child can become t***s” is not based in logic. There are laws in most states that protect children from parents who withhold critical medical care for religious or other reasons (clearly government intervention). The parents can face criminal liability and the child/children can be removed from the parents. The National Institute of Health and the American Psychiatric Association have reported that 80-90 percent of children who suffer G****r Dysphoria out grow it during puberty (some later). That being the case why would we allow medical interventions that are life changing on children when psychiatric/psychology intervention to help a child come to terms with their feelings would seemingly be more appropriate. If when they reach the age of majority they still are at odds with their birth g****r then they can take reassignment measures. The American Psychiatric Association labels G****r Dysphoria as a mental disorder so if your child was cutting themselves or other forms of harm would you facilitate it or seek treatment?

Wife said she wouldn't be surprised to see H****r file some last minute motion today to try and delay the hearing scheduled for next Mon., or even try to offer his child's mother a very large amount of money to go away. She says his lawyer really stepped in it when he was walked right into the whole laptop situation by opposing counsel. She believes that they are going to do everything possible to keep Biden from any questions under oath in open court as it will likely open a Pandora's Box of legal issues for the whole Biden family.

She says it was really stupid for Biden to even reopen this case.

The really telling thing about the Biden's and their true character is how, despite the fact that this child is H****r's daughter, neither he or his family want anything to do with the little girl.

For this reason, and this reason only, the judge wants both Biden and the mother of the child in court for all future appearances. They're wasting court time.

That is only part of it. The upcoming hearing is a contempt hearing.

Biden initiated the case asking to have his Child Support lowered, claiming he is indigent. Child's mother has been trying to get discovery on income sources since. Meanwhile, Biden has been ignoring the requests and court orders, so child's mother has filed a motion for Biden to be held in contempt and jailed until he complies.

Joe Biden is enfeebled and evil, a dishonest man who promotes h**e and division, and who threatens the very heart and continued existence of the United States of America.

His only equal is Donald Trump.

Both are i**********nists who have violated the letter and spirit of their oaths; both are Vietnam draft dodgers risen through vile manipulations to the top of the dung heaps which are our two political parties. One ignores e******n results and the other ignores Supreme Court decisions and each is a tyrant of such vanity as to place all other interests beneath personal ambition.

And so it is that the leading candidates for their parties’ p**********l nominations are also the two most despised and reviled men in the nation, with each trying to hide his own failings behind the failings of the other. It was a race to the bottom and these are the dregs.

And so it is that in the dark of an April dawn a video uttered forth from wh**ever basement it is Joe Biden is going to hide in this e******n. Not a live speech, with its potential for gaffs and miscues, but an edited and polished video, with h**e images and any glitches or drifts left on the cutting room floor.

Joe Biden is doing to America what he did to the Kabul airport – abandoning us to ruin at home and abroad. Never have two years seen the prospects of any nation reversed as dramatically as those of the United States under the administration of Joe Biden. His fecklessness brought war to Ukraine, China to new prominence, and the movement of allies like Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Brazil into the sphere of our enemies.

He has weakened our economy, crippled our military and divided our society.

He has depleted both our strategic petroleum reserve and our stockpiles of military equipment and ammunition.

He has accumulated debt at a rate of nearly a trillion dollars every six months while simultaneously imposing choking restrictions on our oil and gas industries and impossible burdens on our electrical infrastructure and generation capacity. He has created a near certain national energy collapse in the next decade or two.

His ridiculous spending, virtually all of which went to pay off his political supporters, triggered the highest inflation in a half century, which still runs some two and a half times higher than historical norms. The average American family lost some 15% of its spending power, forcing many into new debt and diminished lifestyles.

And as the nation faces a debt ceiling, he has refused for more than 80 days to even meet with the speaker of the House to discuss a way to lift it. When called upon to promise some sort of spending restraint in exchange for the lifting of the debt limit, he has angrily refused, dishonestly framing the issue as an attack on his constituents’ welfare payments.

Under two years of the Biden Administration, more i*****l a***ns crossed the southern border and found refuge in the American homeland that did during the 12 combined years of the Obama and Trump administrations. The first year of Biden alone saw more i******s come into the country than during the eight years under Obama. And all of that happened while he and his vice president refused for months to visit or speak on the border, and while the administration insisted that the border was secure.

But perhaps his greatest crime is against the tattered social fabric of our Republic. Biden’s coalition is welded together by h**e, as has always been the case with tyrants and despots. Hardly a speech comes from his TelePrompTer that doesn’t ridicule and mock Republicans. Americans who exercise their right to disagree with the government are decried and denounced as enemies of the society. There is nothing but invective against Americans whose lone offense is having v**ed against the president or not affiliated with his party.

Joe Biden is a man well advanced in senility. He sometimes can neither walk nor speak in a conventional manner. His entire career has been spent in the cesspool of partisan infighting and personal aggrandizement. He is a plagiarist who refused to accept the fact he was going bald, and after three unsuccessful attempts to become president, without ever winning a primary or caucus, his party was forced to turn to him.

And we are stuck with him.

And now, at 80, envisioning a presidency that will run until he is 86, he announces he’s staying.

And his party and our nation are stuck with him.

A vile failure of a man, likely to face another vile failure of a man. Two presidents of abysmal character facing one another in an e******n where the nation will try to decide which man it h**es less.

When the wicked rule, the people mourn.

That was the subtext of the Joe Biden announcement this morning, and it may well be history’s epitaph for the era through which our nation is passing.

An era we hope and pray our nation is capable of surviving.

The first topic of the next hearing will be the laptop, is it his or not??? The very question the Bidens, their lawyers, and their spokespeople have been obfuscating on since it was first made public. Something tells me he and his lawyers are going to go into overdrive to try and settle this or get it bounced to another court before he is forced to answer that question under oath. A yes answer would likely open an extremely large can of worms, and most with very legal peril.

https://www.arkansasonline.com/news/2023/apr/24/judge-orders-h****r-biden-to-appear-in-arkansas-paternity-court-hearings/?appnews

H****r B***n must appear in all court hearings concerning his Arkansas paternity case, including one scheduled for May 1, Independence County Circuit Judge Holly Meyer ruled Monday.

Meyer expressed frustration during a Zoom hearing Monday with attorneys for Biden and Lunden Roberts.

“From now on ... I want both of your clients at every hearing I conduct," Meyer said. "I will no longer allow us to excuse clients ... because it is interfering with the progress of litigation, which is taking way too long to get over simple points."

Meyer made the comments after Brent Langdon, who represents Biden in the paternity case, mentioned a laptop computer that Biden reportedly left at a repair shop.

Langdon said Garrett Ziegler, a potential expert witness in the case, professes to be an expert on the contents of the laptop, which reportedly contains some income-tax records.

"There has never been, to my knowledge, an acknowledgment that this so-called laptop — he continuously calls it H****r B***n's abandoned laptop ..." Langdon began.

"Well, let's clear that issue up right now," said Meyer. "Is it your client's laptop or not?"

"Your honor, I'm not involved in all of that stuff," said Langdon. "It's not my client's laptop as far as I know."

Meyer said she holds clients to what their attorneys say in court.

"Is it your client's position, you're representing to this court, that it is not his laptop?" the judge asked.

"Your honor, I am not in a position to even begin to answer that question," Langdon said.

Meyer denied to issue a restraining order requested by Langdon.

Meyer scheduled an in-person hearing for 9 a.m. May 1 at the Independence County courthouse in Batesville.

Lunden has a 4-year-old daughter. The child, initially referred to in the case as “Baby Doe,” was born in August 2018. A paternity suit followed in May 2019.

A DNA test showed, “with near scientific certainty,” that H****r B***n is the girl’s father, Meyer declared in a January 2020 order. That month, the parties agreed on temporary child support until the issue was resolved.

In March 2020, Biden and Roberts reached an agreement to settle their paternity and child-support suit. His request to have his child support payments adjusted re-opened the case last year.

In December, Roberts’ attorneys filed a motion to change the child’s last name to Biden, saying “the Biden name is now synonymous with being well educated, successful, financially acute, and politically powerful.” A four-page rebuttal by Biden’s attorney demanded “strict proof thereof that such request is in the best interest of the child.”

Discovery is the formal process of exchanging information between the parties about the witnesses and evidence they’ll present at trial, according to the American Bar Association.

Meyer has scheduled a bench trial for July 24-25 in Batesville.

Actually, the settlement won't cost them anywhere near that in total. Their insurance will cover a good chunk of it, and they can write the rest of it off, along with the insurance costs, on their taxes as business expense.
