There is also a post three. I will be doing one more that will say need help with green cast.
I sure would like to go back and shoot everything in digital. I had a three day pass to Bangkok and took a lot of slides. I made a big mistake and gave them to our BX to have them processed. When they came back all the shadow areas had a bright green cast. The BX gave me my processing money back and told me there was nothing they could do about it. From then on I sent the photos in the Kodak mailers to have processed.
Live and learn. I should post some of them and get recommendations on what could be done now.
Here are some of the wonderful people I met and saw while in Thailand.
Yes, I was in the Air Force at U Tapao. Total of 29 years between active duty and the reserves. Spent a few days in Bangkok. Great place at the time. I also thought the Thai people were great. I also experienced the spitting on while walking down the streets of San Francisco in uniform. Glad things have changed for those who serve today.
Some additional photos from my year in Thailand.
These photos are from slides taken in 1967. I had them in slide plastic note inserts for fifty years. They were scanned on an EpsonV600 scanner. I shot the pictures with a Pentax Spotmatic
This buck and doe were in our back yard for over five hours. Texas deer are not even half as big as Ohio deer, where I lived before moving to Texas. I shot 117 photos through our closed kitchen window. After five hours I had to scare them away when they started eating our plants.
How do you find the EXIF? Thanks.
Nice shot. What was the exposures, etc. Thanks.
I bought this camera in 1967 while stationed overseas. What is the best way to sell this camera and a few lens that would go with it?
Thank you.
I was there last year. I like number 3
We took that trip last year and it was great. I agree with the comment about sitting in the open car. Much better for photos. ]
Thank you. I have Photoshop elements 6 on my computer. It almost did everything I wanted before I updated to the Adobe combined program(s). I would think the newest version would do much more.
I have the Adobe package that I pay a monthly fee for. The only program I use is Photoshop. I am shooting RAW images and open them in Photoshop. I don't think I take enough pictures to justify paying the monthly fee for the Adobe package. Would I be better off to purchase the newest version of Photo Elements? Thank you. Earl
Than you. I just tried it and it worked.
