I do love silly games, logical silliness, and (sometimes) silly discussions when at least there is a sensible beginning. Thank you all for an enjoyable experience!

Now that is a picture that tells a story-beautifully!

My 900 is about two years old ( I bought it right after it came on the market) and I used it as a travel camera and a backup for my 750. The screen has quit but I can still take pictures with it just like the old days' cameras.where you didn't know what the pictures were like until you got them back from the lab. Anyway the camera is pretty useless without the screen. Now, to repair it, the cost is $267 plus shipping, a pretty hefty expense for two years of light use. I love the camera but the expense is very high. I do take good care of my cameras; this one just quit. One day it worked, the next it didn't though all it had done in that day was sit on the table. . I also don't know what other users have had with problems. Just something to think about if you are thinking of buying one.

Wrong again! Should have been "intelligence" as my comment wasn't particularly intelligent!

Graham, Sorry if my intelligent comment was possibly misunderstood. I really meant it to be a compliment in that your jokes were great but they had moved from just funny into something more. Despite being natural born into English I don't always do intelligent things with the language! ( Judging by many replies of this group, I'm not alone!)

Thanks Graham, not only do you show some great jokes and wonderful humor, I now see some good signs of intelligence!!

As an ex lumber jack, I wish I'd thought of it.. Some or the comments show a real ignorance of how to operate a chain saw.

When I was a kid, my dad had to go get the battery from the car if we wanted to listen to the radio. Hail to Jack Armstrong, the Green Lantern, Tom Mix, Jack Benny, Bob hope and the list goes on. MY first Western movie, I hid under the seat when the riders rode up to the screen, and my favorite of all time, is seeing Snow White in 1937. Age does have its memories!

Really good! They're getting a bit too accurate, however.

Graham, You really must stop telling these stories about me! My kids might learn what I was/am really like.

What a written word on how we never seem to learn from history. And a perfect description of today with its political corruption. Need I say- especially from so-called, badly named "conservatives"? Good on you Graham for bringing Kipling back.

To Rude Dog
Like your thinking. The country can use more like it--and a lot less of the"alternate reality".

Just the facts please. Enough of the alternate reality. Google is close and checking is easy. Applies to politics as well as geography.
