For sale is a brand new/open Nikon 35mm f1.8 lens. I used it indoors for test-shots only $130.00.
This lens functions and appears as Nikon expects when brand new. Comes with original packaging, fake leather carry-case, manual, and Nikon 5y Warranty Registration Card. I made the move to an FX camera and I'm selling off all new and mint DX lenses. This lens was an attempt to do better in low light which it did but my camera had other noise issues...
I will ship within 2 business days after receipt of your paypal payment in full and I will ship via the lowest cost carrier at that time. sorry about the crummy cell phone photos...

Hi SteveR,
Yep, noise at ISO100! I also owned the D7000 and sold it after buying the D7100. That was the biggest mistake of my life!

Here's a few articles and forum posts about it...

Hi Hollis,
I own a D7100- beware of optical viewfindefer light-leak (beyond other models) and a lot of noise even at ISO100.
If you want resolution and are a casual photographer, D5500 or D3300. All the buffer speeds and frame rates of the D7200 probably won't be used.
If you're thinking of a lot of low-light use and seriously staying with photography the D610 will save you money in the long run.
If money is no object then go D7200 or D750 for the cool bells and whistles.

All camera salesmen tactics are based on under selling because if you're trully interested you'll be back for that next biggest sensor, aperture or focal length. So beware that tactic!

Lastly, here is a link to DXO Mark Labs website. They lay out the camera comparisons side by side. They are THE premier data provider for all photography equipment articles. Please note that they have an ad for their software on this link, you have to click the continue to site link.

Any idea what the shutter is rated for and how many actuations on this camera? Also, are you entertaining any offers?

Hi Lincoln85,
I answered you incorrectly earlier... The answer I provided was for my Sony RX1R which just sold. The A65 doesn't have a leaf shutter and I was given a tool by another user, frozenhermitphoto, to help determine the shutter count.
It worked, here is the info... (#6781)

Detected Camera model : SLT-A65V
Shutter actuations made up to file _DSC5923.JPG: 6781
| | | | Sony_Tag9050_0x0032 = 125
| | | | Sony_Tag9050_0x0033 = 26
| | | | Sony_Tag9050_0x0034 = 0
(65536 * 0) + (256 * 26) + 125 = 6781

My apologies for the delay in response and the lucy goosey info- My Bad.

Thanks FrozenhermitPhoto!
I owe Lincoln85 an apology, I answered their question while referencing another Sony camera I just sold. The tool located at the link you provided worked well!
Thanks again!

Sure, my only concern is that I have missed the next day air service for today which I think leaves Tuesday as the next best possible chance for delivery.

Hi Lincoln85,
Thanks for your inquiry!
I asked Sony and googled that question only to get no information. The top search result is a forum article on DPReview which said there is no embedded data to determine shutter count. I use an in-camera file naming convention that sequentially numbers each file created regardless of sd card or instance. My most recent file number is 5395 which is low for an leaf shutter. That really doesn't offer you much information since that can also mean 15000, 25000 etc. Sorry for lack of info.

I will examine all offers but will get my family's feedback and thoughts on the offer. This bundle saves the buyer over $1k. Thanks, Paul
