I think the Martin case was unique in that an unarmed teenager was profiled by a wanna be cop, stalked and shot and killed. Zimmerman got away with the killing because of the Florida law not because his actions were justified.

On the other hand, the senseless killing of Lane by two blacks and a white are just another killing due to lax gun laws!

That's a bit of a stretch, no matter how you put it. Perhaps we should blame the Trevor Martin situation on the color of the hoodie he was wearing. Just as logical as your explanation.

WE have a number of Pacu here in the Mohawk River. Most are releases from home fish tanks, where they're popular because they resemble the more vicious piranha. However, our winter weather usually kills any that might survive. Unlike the piranha, they normally eat nuts and berries - but then that's what the article warned about.
