Normally I prefer the high magnification shots but must say the 4 cat feast is my favorite of the two. Nicely done Brenda...
Hey Joe - welcome to the macro forum..
Not a coin photographer but these look good to me for a first attempt. It would be interesting to read Ray's comments.

When you do a MFD stack on a FF body with a 1:1 lens it is a 1:1 macro.
If you use the same lens on a crop body, its still a 1:1 macro isn't it?
Yes 1:1 is 1:1 no matter sensor size. Think about it like this 1mm of subject on 1mm of sensor is 1:1 Only difference between FF and crop is number of mm you can capture in the frame.

Here is a 5:1 single frame at F4.
CA is eating me alive in the detail of the light hairs in left of frame.
You can try removing CA from the frames individually in Lightroom before stacking. Painful but it can be effective.

In your image, the eyes are 80pixels across edge to edge. The overall image is 800x600. So this seems more like 1.2:1 than 5:1.
Not sure what is happening on your end but when I look at downloaded image it shows dimensions as: 4,882px × 3,214px (scaled to 1,567px × 1,031px) When I look at it in Photoshop there are more pixels across the eyes than I can or care to count.
I may have over estimated the length of eyes across. This midge was quite small. Original post to UHH can be found here: http://www.uglyhedgehog.com/t-234710-1.html
Overhead shots were at least 2.5:1 perhaps 3:1, I don't recall specifically. From the overhead you can see the width is small.
I am certain it was shot at 5:1. I don't telescope the MP-E all the way out that often. The occurrences are burned into my memory.
Interesting objective you have recommended, particularly for the price. Working distance is 17mm @ 5x. What is it at the working distance at 10x? Also do you have any reference photos using it at 5x and 10x? Coins are good, an insect with nooks, crannies and faceted eyes would be better.
This is a nice shot MMC. I agree with Allen the OoF flower center does distract the eye. I'm not a big fan of the fix. It's obvious that it has been doctored. I would either crop it out or see if selectively reducing exposure in the corner makes it less distracting.
Both excellent shots NP43. I really like the first one, one of those complete package macros, good focus, good illumination, good composition with action.
You do hoppers very well Kervin. Third is my favorite of the bunch...
Yeah, they are jittery. I'm amazed when I see eye-popping photos that fill the frame. I'm lucky if I can get an OoF overhead shot. Nice work Bob...
Looking good Bob, I really like the last in the series...
Oh the joys of pushing our technologically advanced equipment to the utmost limits... Life of a focus stacker, it aint all the glitz and glamor they make it out to be ;-)
Last shot reminds me of my dog when he wants his stomach scratched...
Excellent work Bob. You had your macro groove going on with this set... I really like the first one...
