I think I'm on fairly solid ground when I say look at money laundering and tax evasion. Much like Manafort's charges against him in his trial. I said this weeks ago. If Trump wants to use his occupation as an excuse, let's see if it flies, I doubt it. Anyone who's been following Trump and those indicted already, would say the same I do. Anyone who is constantly listening to Fox, wouldn't know.

I love the way Trumpsters (from the party of law and order) HA! like to see the law bent then broken in order to support your cult like love for Trump. I will see about the investigation as will you. It's getting close to Trump and family now. :)

This is exactly why you're so uninformed, you won't take the time to read and expect others to give the info to you in two or three lines. I won't do that, to learn, you'll have to get over your own laziness and look it up. If you knew how to do a simple google check, that's what you'd do. I may have to remind the R's that it is their party who is not for justice in America, I'm kind of s**k of hearing that Dems are ripping up the Constitution when it isn't true. Who was found out to have evaded taxes this week? Trump and his siblings. NY is now investigating he and his siblings, including the retired judge, for tax evasion. They stole millions of dollars from our country by not paying taxes. We have to pay them but apparently not the Trump family.

Who doesn't want the president indicted if he is found guilty in a process run by R's showing that he was in collusion with Russia? Think that may be you R's too. Who feels he is above the law, yet Bill Clinton and Nixon weren't? Kavanaugh already feels that depending upon the party, he believes in more strength to the office of the president. Guess which party.

Who believes that crap Trump says at his rallies? Again, the R's. Do you really think women are going to make things up and come after you for molestation? Really? Trump is controlling his cult by fear, fear of dark ppl, fear of religions that aren't christian, fear of our security bureaus, fear of women, etc. Actually, fear of everyone but old white men. He has you cornered, you're scared stiff that the world is changing and you don't want it to, you're afraid of today's world. The world is never going to return to the 1950's, they're in the rear view mirror, you have to look forward or be left behind.

I take it as those on UHH who declare taking up guns against ppl who are against Trump (example, Idaho) are big talkers. Despite what these Trump lovers believe, Trump is and always has been a crook and they were conned big time. It's got to be an embarrassment on some level...probably on many levels. He's a poor businessman, always has been and he and his siblings, including his sister, a retired judge, may be looking at civil charges for tax evasion from NY. They owe this country millions of dollars.

I'm wondering how Trump can afford those two Scottish golf courses, they both have lost millions. He may find out that the presidency wasn't such a good gig after all if he leaves his family in ruins. But, as the saying goes, you can't fix stupid.

I associate with great men and women. There's so much you seem to not understand. Rebelling and resisting is good, it is right if done properly and we do so, we engage in non-violent opposition. How many times have I seen on here that R's would use their guns? Many, many times, yet for some reason, I've never seen a progressive Dem say anything like that. I guess that's because Dems can show their brains while opposing something, R's have to use their brute strength (guns). In fact, it really isn't fair to take on an R in a verbal confrontation since they're at a loss.

Why are you guys so paranoid? Accept ppl for who they are, not everyone is cut out to be your forever person. Respect women and expect the same from them. How can you have a relationship w/o respect? This generation of men is much different than guys 10-20 yrs. younger. For the most part, this generation 65+ expects women to have their place and stay in it. It's long past time women rebelled. Nobody has to be scared unless you have a reason to be.

If I were his parents, his family or his friend, I'd be very ashamed of Kavanaugh. They sent him to the best schools, provided him with the best education and he turned out to be an entitled little brat. He crapped on so many ppl on his way up the ladder. Every SCOTUS member has a political opinion, but I think can be trusted to think a case thru thoroughly, Kav, no. He clearly showed his partisanship and would have to recuse himself from many decisions. If appointed, I strongly doubt he'd finish his term w/o impeachment. He was a disgrace to the members of the judiciary committee and should never have any judgeship. The bar's set very low since Trump has been elected but Kavanaugh has to be the worst.

This is just another example of why the Republican Party is hip high in investigations. Wonder how many have already had to hire DC attorneys?

He doesn't have to do a single thing now, the FBI is taking care of the investigation. They will question his former classmates on his behavior and I'm sure he knows if he contacts them, he will be tampering with an FBI investigation. They will report to the Senate and the Senate will base their conclusions upon the supplemental investigation.

As things stand now, I doubt he'll be confirmed or if he is, I doubt he'll serve out his life term and may well lose his judgeship he holds now if he perjured himself.

Kavanaugh is in a tough spot, he put himself there. His tears were for his blind ambition of being on SCOTUS at any cost. Depending how the investigation goes, he may never be a judge of any court. He hasn't the temperament to sit on any court and if he perjured himself, he hasn't the integrity or honor.
